There is a 5 day trial period that begins when the post office delivers the package to your mailing address. The start date is specified by the USPS tracking number delivered status confirmation notice.
Do NOT remove the factory screen guard during this trial period unless you have decided to keep the phone. You must notify us within the 5-day trial period that the item does not work for you.
You may request an exchange or return for refund minus shipping and handling fee. You must pay return postage.
