Terms of Sale/Return Policy

There is a 5 day trial period that begins when the post office delivers the package to your mailing address. The start date is specified by the USPS tracking number delivered status confirmation notice.
Do NOT remove the factory screen guard during this trial period unless you have decided to keep the phone. You must notify us within the 5-day trial period that the phone does not work for you.
You may request an exchange or return for re-sale as a used item and we will send you the proceeds of the re-sale minus ebay/paypal fees.
We must receive your phone within 7 days of your notification of the exchange/re-sale request; otherwise this return service is cancelled. You must pay return shipping costs. The notification start time begins with the timestamp of your first email or communication to us indicating you want to return the item, want a refund or that it's defective. The start time also begins when you open a PayPal dispute.
The exchange/re-sale service does not apply if the phone has been damaged, misused or show sign of excessive wear. Removing the factory screen guard immediately cancels the 5 day trial period and voids the exchange/re-sale service. The phone has to be returned in its original box with all accessories.
We are a factory authorized dealer. This phone comes with 90-day factory warranty administered by the China phone manufacturer for defect-related issues. Please email us at customerservice@ supervaluezone.biz for return instructions and detailed warranty information. Phones which have physical abuse, water damage or contrived damage are not covered by the warranty.
Return policy details: No Cash Refund. Only exchange for defective unit. Shipping and Handling fee is not refundable. Buyer must pay return shipping costs. All Returns subject to 20% Restock Fee.
Warranty is administered by Manufacturer in China. Warranty applies only to the phone, and does not include batteries, cable, earphones, stylus or charger, or any other accessories included in the package.
