All sales are final and return for refund is not available because each phone is thoroughly inspected and verified to be working with our AT&T/Cingular 3G SIM card. Your purchase of this phone certifies that you agree to the terms of this Sale/Return Policy, Product Information and Product Limitations listed below.
There is a 5 day trial period that begins when the post office delivers the package to your mailing address(as specified in your tracking number delivery confirmation). Do not remove the factory screen guard during this trial period unless you have decided to keep the phone. You must notify us within the 5-day trial period that the phone does not work for you. You may request an exchange or return for re-sale as a used item and we will send you the proceeds of the re-sale minus ebay/paypal fees. We must receive your phone within 7 days of your notification of the exchange/re-sale request/Google dispute; otherwise this return service is cancelled. You must pay return shipping costs.
The exchange/re-sale service does not apply if the phone has been damaged, misused or show sign of excessive wear. Removing the factory screen guard immediately cancels the 5 day trial period and voids the exchange/re-sale service. The phone has to be returned in its original box with all accessories.
We are a factory authorized dealer. This phone comes with 90-day factory warranty administered by the China phone manufacturer for defect-related issues. Phones which have physical abuse, water damage or contrived damage are not covered by the warranty. Return policy details: No Cash Refund. Only exchange for defective unit. In China this phone is marketed under the brand name Zhong Xun TV666 (TV~mobile). Its menu panels are similar to the A988/A990. Since this phone is manufactured in the same factory that assembles the CECT model phones, SVZ is marketing this phone in the USA as the CECT HC6600.

♦ The English User's Manual is poorly translated and difficult to understand. It will take several days to learn the features of this phone.
♦ A few customers have reported that their existing SIM card received no service when installed in this type of phone. This problem is only resolved by having your wireless provider re-issue the SIM so it's compatible with the phone's IEMI number or buying a new SIM specifically for this phone. When you buy a new SIM the salesperson will scan in the IMEI number located in the phone's battery compartment. This will guarantee that your phone will get service. This problem is caused because the phone's network configuration is different than your existing phone's SIM and is therefore blocked by the wireless network. This issue is not unique to this phone; all the generic unlocked phones you see on eBay have this limitation. SVZ is not responsible for a customer SIM that is not compatible with this phone; nor is SVZ responsible for wireless providers that block Internet and MMS access to the phone. You must realize that US phone companies don't support phones they do not sell. Therefore, their customer service for these phones is really poor; some service reps are more helpful than others.

♦ MMS does not work on AT&T service
♦ No other limitation are known at this time. However this is a new product and customers may discover limitations that may require a factory firmware update to resolve. These limitations are not considered to be manufacturing defects and do not qualify for exchange or refund because the factory will release a firmware patch. The customer is responsible for postage to mail the phone back to SVZ for firmware updates.
